No. Guests join and bid completely free. Plans are for the organization running the auction, never the bidders.
What counts as an active event?
An auction that is currently open for bidding. Past and closed events do not count toward your plan limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings, changes take effect on your next cycle.
Is there a contract?
No. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
How are payments handled?
Bidder payments are processed securely through our payment partner, and funds are paid out directly to your organization.
